1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or using StarsKnow.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Due to strict data protection regulations (GDPR) regarding the processing of images and personal data, you must be at least 16 years of age to use this service.

2. Entertainment Purposes Only

Our service provides compatibility insights and individual readings using AI-driven astrological and palmistry algorithms. StarsKnow.me is strictly for entertainment purposes. The generated interpretations do not act as, nor should they be taken as, professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

3. User Content & Explicit Consent

Under the GDPR, uploading photos for palmistry analysis requires your explicit consent. You agree to only upload photos of your own palms, or of individuals who are strictly over the age of 16 and have provided you with their explicit, informed consent to have their data processed by our AI algorithms.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Right of Withdrawal

Certain features require payment (such as premium day passes for extended usage limits). Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe).

EU Consumer Waiver: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers normally possess a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, because our service provides immediate, automated access to digital content and AI-generated readings, you acknowledge and agree that by proceeding with the matching and receiving the digital report, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the generated content is delivered. All sales of completed digital readings are final.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide StarsKnow.me on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including the accuracy or reliability of any generated astrological or palmistry readings.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Helsinki, Finland.
